Breakages and Returns

Your orders are fulfilled physically, by the store associated with your area of residence. In this way, your orders will be subject to the availability of the products purchased at the time of collection at the store that serves you. In case of occasional breakage of any of the products you ordered, we will replace it with another identical one, calling you to ask for authorization to do so. The invoiced price will be the replacement product and not the original order.
If you choose not to make any replacement, the missing product will not be delivered or invoiced (you can always confirm this on your invoice).
Return policy
The goods will only be delivered to the customer after payment has been made.
If the customer finds that a product is not in the best condition, or that it was not the desired item, he will be able to return it immediately to our driver. The value of the returned items will be deducted immediately from the payment of the order.
You can also present your dissatisfaction through the contacts on this website (telephones, e-mail or letter), and return the product(s) (with the respective refund of the price paid) within the deadline within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are in the condition in which they were purchased (including the original packaging). In case of defect of one or more items sold, we accept the return even if the original packaging is already violated.
If you choose to return an item by letter, you can use the free resolution form, under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, which is applicable to distance contracts, in which you have the right to freely terminate a new contract, without giving any reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the same or the date of receipt of the material.
If you want, you can download, fill in and send, via your e-mail or post office, the example form that we provide below. Include the order or invoice number.
If you return the product within the period indicated above, all payments you have made will be returned in cash or in case of agreement in another way, no later than 14 days after we have received your communication.

All return costs will be borne by the customer. The refund of the amount will be the amount paid for your order with shipping costs included in that amount. All returned products must be in their original packaging and these packaging must be properly sealed with no signs of use.
